Are products refundable?
Unfortunately, since we are a small company all of our sales are final and products are nonrefundable. You can request us repair your earrings if needed, but we can't cover shipping.
How to take care of silver or stainless steel earrings?
While water does not cause any damage, harsh chemicals in the water or soap can seriously decompose the surface coat. Besides, it is normal for silver products to slowly become yellow or dark after oxidation. So when you aren't wearing them, put the earrings in an enclosed bag or box, avoiding the sun and moisture.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! If you find a color/design that you really like but doesn't quite have all the elements you want you can submit a custom order request or message us through Instagram and we will send you a cost estimate and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Can you ship products to me if I live in another place?
We can ship our products to anywhere within the United States. After you purchase any item you will get a tracking code to check the status of your product within 1-2 days sent to your email. We are looking at increasing internationally in the future.
How to pay?
We accept PayPal, debit, and credit cards so far. We will extend more payment methods soon. Please contact us if you have issues with the checkout page or if you wish to pay by Venmo or Zelle.
Do you offer special holiday discounts?
Rarely. We are only offering grand opening discounts now providing benefits to our new customers. But we are looking to offer a stable, fair price and will likely not be providing additional discounts in the future.
